    Amendments to PSC No. 19—Electricity, Effective 3/1/12, to Modify the Transition Charges
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 2/16/12, the PSC adopted an order approving Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation's amendments to PSC No. 19—Electricity, eff. 3/1/12, to modify the Transition Charges to reflect the expiration of the Nine Mile Point No. 2 Purchased Power Agreement.

    Purpose:
    To approve amendments to PSC No. 19—Electricity, eff. 3/1/12, to modify the Transition Charges.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on February 16, 2012 adopted an order approving Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation's amendments to PSC No. 19—Electricity, effective March 1, 2012, to modify the Transition Charges to reflect the expiration of the Nine Mile Point No. 2 (NMP2) Purchased Power Agreement, and the commencement of the NMP2 Revenue Sharing Agreement.
