    Partial Waiver of the Individual Residential Living Unit Metering Requirements in Opinion 76-17
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 2/17/11, the PSC adopted an order approving the Petition of Concern for Independent Living, Inc. for a waiver of the Individual Residential Living Unit Metering Requirements in Opinion 76-17.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
    Subject:
    Partial waiver of the Individual Residential Living Unit Metering Requirements in Opinion 76-17.
    Purpose:
    To approve a partial waiver of the Individual Residential Living Unit Metering Requirements in Opinion 76-17.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on February 17, 2011 adopted an order approving the Petition of Concern for Independent Living, Inc. for a waiver of the Individual Residential Living Unit Metering Requirements in Opinion 76-17 to Allow Master Metering at 801-815 East New York Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
