PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 2/17/11, the PSC adopted an order granting Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's request for waiver of its tariff rules 8.6 and 47, filed on behalf of Fredonia Place Assisted Living Facility.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 5, 65 and 66

Purpose:
To grant a waiver of tariff rules 8.6 and 47, filed on behalf of Fredonia Place Assisted Living Facility.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on February 17, 2011 adopted an order granting Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's request for waiver of its tariff rules 8.6 and 47, filed on behalf of Fredonia Place Assisted Living Facility, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
