PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On March 12, 2009, the PSC adopted an order denying the filing of Groman Shores LLC to increase its water revenues by $14,571 or approximately 155.49%.
