PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 352.8(b)(4), (i), (ii), (5), (c)(1)(ii) and (d) and addition of section 352.8(b)(4)(iii) to Title 18 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Social Services Law, sections 20(3)(d), 34(3)(f), 131(1), 131-o and 209
Subject:
Congregate care level 3 enhanced residential care.
Purpose:
To authorize the provision of an allowance for temporary assistance recipients residing in congregate care level 3 facilities.
