    Discontinuation of the Commission's July 20, 2007 Order Implementing Outage Recommendations
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 3/15/12, the PSC adopted an order approving, with modifications, the discontinuation of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.'s reporting requirements set forth in the Commission's July 20, 2007 Order Implementing Outage Recommendations.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 4(1) and 66(1)
    Subject:
    Discontinuation of the Commission's July 20, 2007 Order Implementing Outage Recommendations.
    Purpose:
    To approve the discontinuation of the Commission's July 20, 2007 Order Implementing Outage Recommendations.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on March 15, 2012 adopted an order approving, with modifications, the discontinuation of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.'s reporting requirements set forth in the Commission's July 20, 2007 Order Implementing Outage Recommendations, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
