PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 3/15/12, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of GAIR 1-2, LLC to submeter electricity at 25 Washington Street, Brooklyn, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To approve the petition of GAIR 1-2, LLC to submeter electricity at 25 Washington Street, Brooklyn, New York.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on March 15, 2012 adopted an order approving the petition of GAIR 1-2, LLC to submeter electricity at 25 Washington Street, Brooklyn, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
