PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 3/17/16, the PSC adopted an order approving Hudson CBD Flatbush LLC (Hudson CBD) to submeter electricity at 626 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To approve Hudson CBD to submeter electricity at 626 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on March 17, 2016, adopted an order approving Hudson CBD Flatbush LLC to submeter electricity at 626 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
