PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 3/17/16, the PSC adopted an order approving 92nd and 3rd Associates, LLC (92nd and 3rd Associates) to submeter electricity at 205 E. 92nd Street, New York, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To approve 92nd and 3rd Associates to submeter electricity at 205 E. 92nd Street, New York, New York.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on March 17, 2016, adopted an order approving 92nd and 3rd Associates, LLC to submeter electricity at 205 E. 92nd Street, New York, New York, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
