    Approval of Arteche's Medium Voltage Class Metering Instrument Transformers in New York State
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Commission is considering whether to grant, reject or modify the petition of Arteche USA for approval of use of the Arteche Medium Voltage Class Metering Instrument Transformers in New York State.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 67(4)
    Subject:
    Approval of Arteche's Medium Voltage Class Metering Instrument Transformers in New York State.
    Purpose:
    Whether to approve the use of Arteche's Medium Voltage Class Metering Instrument Transformers in New York State.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    On December 4, 2014, Arteche USA filed a petition requesting approval of the use of its Medium Voltage Class Metering Instrument Transformers by New York State electric utilities. The Commission is considering whether to approve, reject or modify the petition and may consider related matters.
