PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The Authority adopted a proposal to modify its Tariff for Electric Service to implement changes in connection with the new oversight responsibilities of the New York State Department of Public Service.
Statutory authority:
Public Authorities Law, section 1020-f(z) and (u)
Subject:
Authority's Tariff for Electric Service ("Tariff").
Purpose:
To revise the Tariff in connection with the new oversight responsibilities of the New York State Department of Public Service.
