PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 3/27/14, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Antlers of Raquette Lake, Inc. to abandon its water system.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(1)(f), 89-c(1), (10) and 89-h
Subject:
Authorizing Antlers of Raquette Lake, Inc. to abandon its water system and discontinue its provision of service.
Purpose:
To authorize Antlers of Raquette Lake, Inc. to abandon its water system and discontinue its provision of service.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on March 27, 2014, adopted an order approving a petition of Antlers of Raquette Lake, Inc. to abandon its water system and discontinue its provision of service, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
