Approval of the Amended Electric Emergency Response Plans for NYSEG, RG&E, Con Ed, O&R, Central Hudson and National Grid
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 3/27/14, the PSC adopted an order approving the amended Electric Emergency Response Plans as filed by the electric utilities' (NYSEG, RG&E, Con Ed, Orange and Rockland, National Grid and Central Hudson).
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5 and 66(21)
Subject:
Approval of the amended electric emergency response plans for NYSEG, RG&E, Con Ed, O&R, Central Hudson and National Grid.
Purpose:
To approve the amended electric emergency response plans for NYSEG, RG&E, Con Ed, O&R, Central Hudson and National Grid.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on March 27, 2014, adopted an order approving the amended Electric Emergency Response Plans filed by Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., New York State Electric & Gas Corporation, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid, Orange & Rockland Utilities, Inc., and Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
