PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of Subpart 151-3 (Regulation 119) of Title 11 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Insurance Law, sections 201, 301 and 308; and L. 2007, ch. 6
Subject:
Workplace Safety and Loss Prevention Incentive Program.
Purpose:
To establish Workers' Compensation premium credits for certain employers that implement safety and loss prevention programs.
