    Interconnection of the Networks between Frontier and Choice One Communications for Local Exchange Service and Exchange Access
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The PSC is considering whether to approve or reject a proposal filed by Frontier Communications of Sylvan Lake, Inc. (Frontier) for approval of a Mutual Traffic Exchange Agreement with Choice One Communications of NY, Inc. executed on January 5, 2010.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 94(2)
    Subject:
    Interconnection of the networks between Frontier and Choice One Communications for local exchange service and exchange access.
    Purpose:
    To review the terms and conditions of the negotiated agreement between Frontier and Choice One Communications.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    Frontier Communications of Sylvan Lake, Inc. and Choice One Communications of New York, Inc. have reached a negotiated agreement whereby Frontier Communications of Sylvan Lake, Inc. and Choice One Communications of New York, Inc. will interconnect their networks at mutually agreed upon points of interconnection to exchange local traffic.
