Action taken:

Notice of proposed rule making, I.D. No. MRD-03-09-00019-P, has been withdrawn from consideration. The notice of proposed rule making was published in the State Register on January 21, 2009.

ICF/DD efficiency adjustment.

Reason(s) for withdrawal of the proposed rule:

As part of the enacted budget agreement this provision is not expected to be included as part of the final Budget for 2009-10.
