PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of Part 40 of Title 6 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Environmental Conservation Law, sections 11-0303 and 13-0338
Subject:
Management of coastal sharks.
Purpose:
Make state regulations consistent with federal rules and maintain compliance with the ASMFC Interstate FMP for Coastal Sharks.
