    Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering a petition filed on December 31, 2013, and supplemented on March 14, 2014 by Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corporation (Central Hudson) regarding amendment of compliance filing requirements for the Athens Franchise Expansion case 13-G-0336. Central Hudson is seeking to defer previous obligations specified by the Commission in the October 18, 2013 Order (the Order); which includes the submitting of specific requirements (detailed engineering, permitting, land surveying, coordination with the NYS Natural Heritage Program and the state Historic preservation Office and an Environmental Impact Statement).
