PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 3/27/14, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Riverview Commons I, LLC to submeter electricity at 168-176 North Water Street, Rochester, NY, located in the territory of Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation.
