PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 100.21(k) and repeal of section 100.21(c)(1) and (2) of Title 7 NYCRR.

Subject:
Cape Vincent Correctional Facility.
Purpose:
To amend specific inmate housing unit designations from program dorms to regular dorms.
