KEDNY also proposed a decrease to the Site Investigation and Remediation Surcharge of approximately $45 million and the net increase in revenues results in a total annual bill increase of about $193 (26.7% on the delivery bill or 16.4% on the total) for an average residential heating customer. The initial suspension period for the proposed filing runs through June 28, 2016. The Commission may adopt, reject or modify, in whole or in part, the relief proposed and may resolve related matters.
