PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Cottage Street Apartments, LLC, to submeter electricity at 31 Cottage Street, Troy, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To consider the request of Cottage Street Apartments, LLC, to submeter electricity at 31 Cottage Street, Troy, New York.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Cottage Street Apartments, LLC, to submeter electricity at 31 Cottage Street, Troy, NY, located in the territory of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, and to take other actions necessary to address the Petition.
