PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering a tariff filing by the Village of Holley Electric Department to Revise Its Returned Check Charge and Reconnection Fees Contained in its Tariff Schedule PSC No. 1—Electricity, to become effective July 1, 2013.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Charges and fees.
Purpose:
To revise its Returned Check Charge and Reconnection fees.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Commission is considering whether to approve, modify or reject, in whole or in part, a tariff filing by the Village of Holley Electric Department to Revise its Returned Check Charge and Reconnection Fees contained in its Tariff Schedule, P.S.C. No. 1 - Electricity. The filing has a proposed effective date of July 1, 2013. The Commission may resolve related matters and may take this action for other utilities.
