    Authorization to Transfer Certain Real Property
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to authorize the transfer of certain real property located in the City of Ithaca, Tompkins County, New York owned by New York State Electric and Gas Corporation to the Ithaca City School District.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 70
    Subject:
    Authorization to transfer certain real property.
    Purpose:
    To decide whether to approve the transfer of certain real property.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to approve, modify or reject, in whole or in part, a petition filed by New York State Electric and Gas Corporation seeking approval to transfer real property located at 610 Hancock Street in the City of Ithaca, Tompkins County, New York to the Ithaca City School District. The Commission may resolve related matters and may take this action for other utilities.
