    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:

    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to confirm its order in Case 06-E-1232 issued on March 7, 2007 on submetering due to an error in SAPA process.
