PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 316.4(b) and (e) of Title 8 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Education Law, section 355(2)(b) and (h)
Subject:
Contracting and purchasing materials, supplies, equipment, services and construction.
Purpose:
To implement the results of negotiations between the State University and the Office of the State Comptroller.
