    Amended Petition and Related Agreement for the Provision of Water Service and Request for Tariff Waiver
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 3/17/11, the PSC adopted an order approving the amended petition and related agreement submitted by Saratoga Water Services, Inc. and Albany Partners, LLC, and the request for waiver of tariff provisions referencing 16 NYCRR Parts 501 and 502.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 20(1) and 89-b
    Subject:
    Amended petition and related agreement for the provision of water service and request for tariff waiver.
    Purpose:
    To approve the amended petition and related agreement for the provision of water service and request for tariff waiver.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on March 17, 2011 adopted an order approving the amended petition and related agreement submitted by Saratoga Water Services, Inc. and Albany Partners, LLC, and the request for waiver of tariff provisions referencing 16 NYCRR Parts 501 and 502, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
