    Two-Year Extension to Provide Telecommunications Relay Service and Captioned Telephone Service in New York
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 3/17/11, the PSC adopted an order granting a two-year extension of the award for Sprint Communications Company L.P. to provide Telecommunications Relay Service and Captioned Telephone Service in New York.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 92-a
    Subject:
    Two-year extension to provide Telecommunications Relay Service and Captioned Telephone Service in New York.
    Purpose:
    To approve a two-year extension to provide Telecommunications Relay Service and Captioned Telephone Service in New York.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on March 17, 2011 adopted an order granting a two-year extension of the award for Sprint Communications Company L.P. to provide Telecommunications Relay Service and Captioned Telephone Service in New York, to cover the period July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2013; subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
