    Petition for the Submetering of Electricity
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 4/14/11, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of LC White Plains Recreation, LLC to submeter electricity at 6 City Place, White Plains, New York located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
    Subject:
    Petition for the submetering of electricity.
    Purpose:
    To approve the petition of LC White Plains Recreation, LLC to submeter electricity at 6 City Place, White Plains, New York.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on April 14, 2011 adopted an order approving the petition of LC White Plains Recreation, LLC to submeter electricity at 6 City Place, White Plains, New York located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
