PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 4/20/16, the PSC adopted an order denying Lost Lake Resort's (Lost Lake) petition for a waiver of underground requirements for the entire subdivision.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 31(4), 51, 65(1) and 66(1)
Subject:
Petition for waiver.
Purpose:
To deny Lost Lake's petition for a waiver of underground requirements for the entire subdivision.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on April 20, 2016, adopted an order denying Lost Lake Resort's petition for a waiver of underground requirements for new electric distribution lines to be constructed in residential subdivisions, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
