    Delivery Rate Adjustment
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Commission is considering a tariff filing by Corning Natural Gas Corporation (Corning) to revise its Delivery Rate Adjustment to include Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company refunds.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 66(12)
    Subject:
    Delivery Rate Adjustment.
    Purpose:
    To pass back to customers Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company refunds via the Delivery Rate Adjustment.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Commission is considering whether to approve, modify or reject, in whole or in part, a proposal filed by Corning Natural Gas Corporation (Corning) to revise its Delivery Rate Adjustment to include Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company refunds. Corning proposes to pass back Tennessee Gas Pipeline refund amounts to all sales and transportation customers through its Delivery Rate Adjustment. The Commission may adopt, reject, or modify, in whole or in part, Corning’s proposal.
