    Whether to Permit the Use of the Eagle MPplus Electronic Volume Corrector for Use in Commercial and Industrial Accounts
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to approve, deny or modify, in whole or in part, a petition filed by Corning Natural Gas Corporation for the approval to use the Eagle MPplus Electronic Volume Corrector.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 67(1)
    Subject:
    Whether to permit the use of the Eagle MPplus Electronic Volume Corrector for use in commercial and industrial accounts.
    Purpose:
    To permit gas utilities in New York State to use the Eagle MPplus Electronic Volume Corrector.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Corning Natural Gas Corporation, to use the Eagle MPplus Electronic Volume Corrector used to correct the gas flow measurements created by differences in transmission line temperature and pressure.
