PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 4/21/09, the PSC adopted an order approving in part Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.'s request to make various changes in the rates, charges, rules and regulations contained in its schedules for electric service.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Major electric rate filing.
Purpose:
To approve Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.'s request for a three year rate increase.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on April 21, 2009, adopted an order setting electric rates for Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
Final rule as compared with last published rule:
No changes.
