    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the Notice of Intent to submeter electricity filed by Hudson CBD Flatbush LLC, for the premises located at 626 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)

    To consider the request of Hudson CBD Flatbush LLC to submeter electricity at 626 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.

    To consider the request of Hudson CBD Flatbush LLC to submeter electricity at 626 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the Notice of Intent filed by Hudson CBD Flatbush LLC, to submeter electricity at 626 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, located in the service territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
