PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 4/16/15, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition filed by Kingsview Homes, Inc. to submeter electricity at 125 Ashland Place, Brooklyn, New York.

To approve submetering of electricity at 125 Ashland Place, Brooklyn, New York.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on April 16, 2015, adopted an order approving the petition of Kingsview Homes, Inc. to submeter electricity at 125 Ashland Place, Brooklyn, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
