PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Notice of proposed rule making, I.D. No. HLT-44-07-00032-P, has been withdrawn from consideration. The notice of proposed rule making was published in the State Register on October 31, 2007.

Use of ketamine hydrochloride and schedule II sodium pentobarbital by animal control facilities.

Reason(s) for withdrawal of the proposed rule:

Upon publication, the consensus regulation received two comments from the public. It is now being promulgated as an emergency.
