PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed action:
The Public Service Commission is considering a joint petition from KeySpan Ravenswood Services Corporation, KeySpan-Ravenswood LLC, and TransCanada Facility USA, Inc. requesting approval of the transfer of ownership interests in electric and steam plant located at the Ravenswood generating station in Queens, NY, and related relief.

Public Service Law, sections 70 and 83

Purpose:
To consider the transfer of ownership of electric and steam plant located at the Ravenswood Generating Station.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering a joint petition from KeySpan Ravenswood Services Corporation, KeySpan-Ravenswood LLC, and TransCanada Facility USA, Inc. requesting approval of the transfer of ownership interests in electric and steam plant located at the Ravenswood Generating Station in Queens, NY, and related relief. The Commission may adopt, reject or modify, in whole or in part, the relief proposed.
