    Allowing National Grid to Recover Deferral Costs in PSC 220—Electricity
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 4/24/14, the PSC adopted an order approving a petition of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid (National Grid) to establish a deferral cost recovery method in PSC 220—Electricity.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 4, 5, 65 and 66
    Subject:
    Allowing National Grid to recover deferral costs in PSC 220—Electricity.
    Purpose:
    To allow National Grid to recover deferral costs in PSC 220—Electricity.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on April 24, 2014, adopted a petition filed by Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid to establish a deferral cost recovery method in PSC 220—Electricity, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
