PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 4/18/13, the PSC adopted an order approving a petition from Time Warner Cable Northeast LLC requesting a transfer of assets from Princetown Cable Company, Inc.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 222
Subject:
Approving Asset Purchase Agreement with Princetown Cable Company, Inc. by Time Warner Cable Northeast LLC.
Purpose:
To approve the Asset Purchase Agreement with Princetown Cable Co., Inc. by Time Warner Cable Northeast LLC.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on April 18, 2013, adopted an order approving the petition of Time Warner Cable Northeast LLC for the transfer of assets including the franchise agreement and facilities from Princetown Cable Company, Inc., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
