    Enetics LD-1120 Non-Intrusive Load Monitoring Device in the Statewide Residential Appliance Metering Study
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering a petition filed by Enetics Corporation on April 8, 2016, to use the Enetics LD-1120 Non-Intrusive Load Monitoring Device in the Statewide Residential Appliance Metering Study.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 67(1)
    Subject:
    Enetics LD-1120 Non-Intrusive Load Monitoring Device in the Statewide Residential Appliance Metering Study.
    Purpose:
    To consider the use of the Enetics LD-1120 Non-Intrusive Load Monitoring Device.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering the petition filed by Enetics Corporation on April 8, 2016, to use the Enetics LD-1120 Non-Intrusive Appliance Load Monitoring Device in the Statewide Residential Appliance Metering Study. The Commission may adopt, reject or modify, in whole or in part, the relief proposed and may resolve related matters.
