PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Belkin, Burden, Wenig & Goldman, LLP, on behalf of 219 East 69th Street, LLC, to submeter electricity at 219 E. 69th St., New York, NY.
