    Notice of Intent to Submeter Electricity
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering the Notice of Intent, filed by Affinity Potsdam Properties, LLC, to submeter electricity at 206 Outer Main Street, Building #67, Potsdam, New York.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
    Subject:
    Notice of Intent to submeter electricity.
    Purpose:
    To consider the Notice of Intent to submeter electricity at 206 Outer Main Street, Building #67, Potsdam, New York.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Commission is considering the petition, filed by Affinity Potsdam Properties, LLC on April 18, 2016, to submeter electricity at 206 Outer Main Street, Building #67, Potsdam, New York, located in the service territory of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid. The Commission may adopt, reject or modify, in whole or in part, the relief proposed and may resolve related matters.
