PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of sections 6654.6 and 6655.7; repeal of section 6654.19; and addition of new section 6654.19 to Title 9 NYCRR.

Subject:
Expanded In-home Services for the Elderly Program Ancillary Services.
Purpose:
The purpose of the proposed rule is to increase the flexibility that Area Agencies on Aging have in administering EISEP.
