PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of Part 57 of Title 14 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Mental Hygiene Law, sections 7.09, 29.01, 29.11 and 31.04
Subject:
Transfer of Involuntary Patients to Authorized Secure Facilities.
Purpose:
To allow for the transfer of an involuntary patient from an OMH hospital to one of its regional forensic units.
