    Petition for the Submetering of Electricity
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Soundview Management Associates, LLC to submeter electricity at 50 and 80 Guion Place, New Rochelle, New York.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
    Subject:
    Petition for the submetering of electricity.
    Purpose:
    To consider the request of Soundview Management Assoc, LLC to submeter electricity at 50 and 80 Guion Place, New Rochelle, NY.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Soundview Management Associates, LLC to submeter electricity at 50 and 80 Guion Place, New Rochelle, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
