    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    Amendment of section 7003.10 of Title 9 NYCRR.
    Statutory authority:
    Correction Law, section 45(6) and (15)
    Subject:
    Lock and securing device inspections.
    Purpose:
    To extend the intervals within which locks and securing devices must be inspected.
