    NYISO To Enter into No More Than $45 Million of Indebtedness for a Period of 20 Years
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 4/14/11, the PSC adopted an order approving, with conditions, the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (NYISO) to enter into no more than $45 million of indebtedness for a period of 20 years for the renovation and construction of NYISO facilities.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(2), 65(1), 66(1), (2), (4), (5) and 69
    Subject:
    NYISO to enter into no more than $45 million of indebtedness for a period of 20 years.
    Purpose:
    To approve NYISO to enter into no more than $45 million of indebtedness for a period of 20 years.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on April 14, 2011 adopted an order approving, with conditions, the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (NYISO) to enter into no more than $45 million of indebtedness for a period of 20 years for the renovation and construction of NYISO facilities, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
