PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 4/14/11, the PSC adopted an order approving the Town of Burn's request for a waiver of the rules contained in 16 NYCRR sections 894.1 to 894.4 and 894.9 for a cable television franchise with Time Warner Entertainment - Advance/Newhouse Partnership.

Subject:
Waiver of 16 NYCRR sections 894.1 to 894.4 and 894.9.
Purpose:
To approve waiver of the rules contained in 16 NYCRR sections 894.1 to 894.4 and 894.9 for an initial cable television franchise.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on April 14, 2011 adopted an order approving the Town of Burn's request for a waiver of the rules contained in 16 NYCRR sections 894.1 to 894.4 and 894.9 for a cable television franchise with Time Warner Entertainment - Advance/Newhouse Partnership, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
