PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Repeal of Part 203; and amendment of Parts 200 and 621 of Title 6 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Environmental Conservation Law, sections 1-0101, 3-0301, 19-0103, 19-0105, 19-0301 and 19-0303
Subject:
Indirect Sources of Air Contamination.
Purpose:
Part 203 is a regulation that applies to any new or modified indirect source of air contamination south of 60th Street Manhattan.
