    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    Repeal of section 2202.7 of Title 8 NYCRR.
    Statutory authority:
    Education Law, sections 667 and 655(4)
    Subject:
    Tuition Assistance Program award determinations.
    Purpose:
    To repeal section 2202.7 of Title 8 of the NYCRR.
